Head Seamstress: Jackie has been in the bridal gown alteration business for decades and it shows ! Jackie owned her own very successful couture alteration service in Winnipeg before relocating to Ontario. Her sewing skills are in an elite class. Jackie has an a very keen eye for quality and proper fit and finish. She also has a great energy about her and loves a good laugh.   

Front Counter/Seamstress : Dana has been with Luxe Alterations now for 3 years . She is a highly skilled seamstress with over 20 yrs of experience tailoring high end garments.. Her creativity and ability to sew custom work is second to none ! She has a very keen eye for style and fit and finish, and she's a lot of fun to be around. We are very lucky to have her as part of the Luxe alterations team .

Seamstress : Helen is coming into her 3 yr with Luxe Alterations and we're so happy to her as part of our team . She is also an incredibly skilled seamstress with 30+ yrs of experience. Helen works up front pinning and custom fitting clients as well as doing a lot of custom alteration work. She brings a lot of good energy to work every day !

Front Counter and Customer Service: Caterina joined the Luxe team in 2018 . She has worked in all corners of the bridal industry. She started as a Bliss Bridal sales consultant way back in 2014. She is now a very important part of the Luxe Alterations team . Cats role is front counter , phones, prep, email.  You name it and Cat can do it all ! She has an incredible positive energy and is ALWAYS in a great mood !
